Which payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at contact@sheres.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.  
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@sheres.com and we will contact the freight company to file a claim immediately.  This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the item.  We will take care of filing the freight claim and will replace or repair the item at our expense depending on the nature and severity of the damage.
The best way to avoid freight damage is to use a white glove delivery service.

How do I place an order?

To place orders by phone, call us at (443) 699-8477.

To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via “Secure Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.

You will receive an immediate order confirmation and we will process your order immediately.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. 

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Do you offer White Glove delivery service?

Yes, we do offer White Glove delivery. There is an additional cost for this depending on your location. Please contact us for pricing.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are located in South Carolina and do not charge sales tax. This alone can save you hundreds of dollars compared to ordering elsewhere. Unfortunately if you order from South Carolina you will be charged sales tax.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at contact@sheres.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders for in stock items ship in 2-3 days. On rare occasions it can take longer if there are delays with the carrier picking up from us.
