Newly opened in Victoria’s Uptown Mall Shopping Complex, Rebalance MD turned to Greg Sheres Inc. to provide all of the office partitioning systems, desks, cabinetry and furniture for its new-concept interior to be developed within a vacant 1,000 square meter (10,760 square foot) tenant improvement space.
Challenged by an extremely aggressive schedule, Greg Sheres Inc. worked closely with Rebalance management and the owner’s architect to custom-design and produce shop drawings for all medical office furnishings prior to fabrication.
Products were delivered exactly on time and successfully installed in the field by our personnel.
A state-of-the art medical clinic offering comprehensive musculoskeletal and sports injury services, Rebalance MD’s team of thirty physicians now works out of a modern, light-filled, loft-like space in an open–plan “pod” system that allows for the close interaction and teamwork envisioned by its founders.
The Rebalance ownership is extremely pleased with the exceptional commercial quality of the installed product as well as the fact that the price of the work came in at half of their cost estimate for the original scope of work.
